Product Return
If you want to return some product, you need to contact our service representative in advance and explain the reason for the return. Returning packages without prior approval from our Customer Service will halt or delay your return. All return requests must be submitted within 7 days after you receive your order.
All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging. Requests to return items due to wrong item delivered or quality issues must be accompanied by photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received. If you return items for other reasons, you are responsible for the round-trip shipment charges and we reserve the right to charge a handling fee.
If we shipped you the wrong item, you have the option of 1) exchanging it for the correct item, 2) keeping the item as replacement and get refund or pay for the price difference, or 3) returning it for a full refund.
If we shipped you a defective item, you are eligible for a refund or exchange depending on the specific situation. We have the right to determine the eligibility for refund or exchange in this case.
We assume the shipping costs for all returns are not higher than the original costs that we sent them out. You must pack the returned parcel well and send it by a reliable carrier. Refund or exchange is not applicable if the parcel is lost in return shipment. You take the responsibility of a safe return shipment.
Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel your ongoing order, you need to contact our service representative by email or online.
You order may be cancelled with a full refund under the following conditions:
* when the order is in “Pending” status
* the ordered product is out of stock and can’t be ready in a reasonable time
Except the above cases, restocking/handling fee will be required for your cancellation. If you order is already shipped, the cancellation will be treated as return.
